You Care

You care for me I know,
And daily watch the flow
  of history;
The whole of man you guide
And with the meek reside —
  With even me.

For glory comes the call,
From him who knows us all
  And loves us more;
Believe, obey, and trust —
Take all these steps we must
  To enter the door.

We pray for Christ to come,
To judge by word and plumb —
  For him we wait.
We're eager to hear our names,
Receive our heavenly claims,
  Forever celebrate.
